Last week we went on our class trip to Raffelsbrand. We got there by coach. We went walking in the forest, built huts, carved wood, made soup over the fire and baked bread and waffles. In the afternoons we played catch, ate sweets and played board games. Raffelsbrand was the best place for a class trip!

Anastassia: Did you like the food?
Alex: The food was O.K. Sometimes it was yummy, sometimes it wasn’t. The soup was the best meal. In the mornings we could drink hot chocolate.
Hanna: Did you like the trips to the forest.
Julia: Yes, I did. They were great.
Alex: How were the bedrooms?
Paul: The beds were good. We weren’t allowed to eat in the bedrooms. That wasn’t so great. There weren’t bedside tables but there were wardrobes.
Julia: What was your most exciting adventure?
Hanna: My most exciting adventure was the wood shop with Rainer and my best friend Emma.
Alex: My most exciting adventure was to make a fire.
